Huntsville is a town in Madison County, a small but rapidly growing city. Commonly known as Rocket City, is a town that is mostly known for its direct relation to NASA who set up base here with the US Space and Rocket Center and the Redstone Arsenal. Most people think it is just a town of engineers who build missiles and rockets, which is mostly true, but it has much more to offer!  Bridge Street Town Center

There is more than just shopping as this beautiful outdoor mall. It features a walking trail, train rides, carousel, guest houses, live weekend music shows and a five-acre lake, all there to entertain you during your visit in Huntsville. One cannot fail to love the mall as it was designed with vintage-world class charm mixed with modern store fronts featuring cobblestone walkways, a masterpiece from European architecture. One of the coolest things about Bridge Street is it nearness to the US Space and Rocket Center. Huntsville Downtown

This center has a historic square, shady sidewalks, world-class technology and innovative persons. With 40+ different festival venues throughout Downtown, you can do anything from get a drink at a bar to learning how to throw axes. There’s dancing, to live music, to huge performances put on in the Von Braun Center including Dancing with the Stars, the Huntsville Symphony, the Huntsville Ballet, and off-Broadway performances. There is nothing good as memories and that’s why Huntsville combined a world-class art museum offering interactive experiences and inspiring history which results a guaranteed memorable adventure. The museums include Huntsville Museum of Art, Constitutional Village, Historic Weeden house and many others. Downtown Huntsville is famous for its production of beer and has its very own Beer Trail. Huntsville has twelve craft breweries with 7 being in downtown and there is no greater way to visit new places in the city than to follow the trail card given at any of these breweries.  Lowe Mill Art And Entertainment

The supreme goal of Lowe Mill Arts and Entertainment is to educate the public about art and creativity while nurturing potential artists. In order to achieve these goals, the mill has introduced a community where artists are able to create, show and sell their work. The concentrated community allows the public to visit, view the displayed works of art, acquire some new skills and even buy artwork. This facility is the largest privately-owned art center in the US. It consists of 148 working studios, over two hundred makers and artists, a theater, six galleries and a performance venue. Events and activities are scheduled here including contra dancing, pottery, soap making, art lessons, Christmas market, art shows and competitions, Comic conventions, concerts on the dock, and many more. Monte Sano State Park

Located in Northern Huntsville, Monte Sano State park is a famous tourist destination joint. Monte Sano means Mountain of Health and it got this name in the 1800 as visitors from the US came here to enjoy the fresh air, beautiful sceneries and mineral springs. The experience is more thrilling during Spring as the azaleas bloom along the fourteen miles of biking and twenty miles of hiking trails. Monte Sano offers a variety of serene mountain setting suitable for various group functions including business meetings, family reunions, weddings and recreational activities. The lodge is great for parties, weddings, business conferences or meetings, or special gatherings hosting up to 175 people. U.S. Space and Rocket Center

Huntsville is called Rocket City because of the 363ft tall Saturn V rocket that anchors the Huntsville skyline. Built in 1970, this science museum is dedicated to teaching and displaying all things space. You can visit Rocket Park which includes the finest rocket collection in the world, there’s the standing Saturn V and one that is laid on its side inside the Davidson center, They have a 67ft IMAX screen theater to view space movies! They provide a fun theme park feel with their rides Moon Shot and G-Force Accelerator. There’s so much to see at the Space Center that you could fill the whole day. They also provide camps for children including the coveted Space Camp program. This is an excellent place to learn about the history of our space exploration that has changed the course of the world and an amazing way to spend time with friends and family.
